- You may know me as the Former Business Representative of IATSE local 891. I have worked in many capacities in the Motion Picture industy in British Columbia including: Assistant Director, Story Editor, Production Coordinator, Tax Credit Auditor, Ranking Officer of the BC Federation of Labour and Business Representative of IATSE local 891. Currently I am thrilled to be focusing on a practice in alternative dispute resolution which includes third party mediation, negotiation and all types of organizational development and facilitation. My subject matter expertise is in labour & industrial relations, human resources, complex project management, and organizational change. I sincerely believe that all organizations and industries can thrive with positive proactive communication skills and consistent, relevant integrity in governance in alignment with stated core values.
